This document is a translation provided for information purposes only. The Romanian version is the sole legally binding version and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
Article 1. Subject matter and scope
(1) This policy describes the information that the Website, the Kyro App, Kyro Studio and the KYRO web app store on, or access from, the User's device, the purpose and duration of that storage, and the third-party providers that receive the IP address of the User's device when the User uses those services.
(2) Capitalised terms have the meaning given to them in Article 1 of the Terms and conditions for clients. For the purposes of this document, "the Website" means the KYRO presentation website on which the legal documents of the Platform, including this document, are published, and "User" also means a natural person who accesses the Website.
(3) This policy supplements the Privacy policy.
Article 2. Legal framework and applicable rule
(1) Cookies are small files that a website saves in the browser. Mobile apps use similar mechanisms, such as the app's settings and the phone's secure storage. In this policy, all of these mechanisms are referred to together as "local storage".
(2) Under Article 4(5) of Law no. 506/2004 and Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, storing information on the user's device, or accessing information already stored on it, is permitted only with the user's prior consent, except for storage or access that is strictly necessary to provide the service expressly requested by the user.
(3) All forms of local storage described in this policy are strictly necessary to provide the service requested by the User and fall within the exception set out in paragraph (2). For this reason, the User's consent is not requested and the Website does not display a cookie banner.
(4) KYRO does not use traffic analytics, advertising pixels, session recording tools or any other tracking tools.
Article 3. The Website
(1) The Website stores only the information described in the table below:

(2) Apart from the information referred to in paragraph (1), the Website sets no cookies and does not use sessionStorage. The display language is determined by the page address (for example, /en/... for English) and is not stored. The fonts are hosted on the Website's server, and the Website loads no third-party content. The Website's server keeps no access logs.
(3) The Website is delivered through the Cloudflare network, which receives the IP address of the User's device in order to transmit the pages and block cyberattacks. Cloudflare stores no information on the User's device for the Website.
Article 4. The Kyro App and Kyro Studio
(1) The Kyro App and Kyro Studio store only the information described in the table below:

(2) The Kyro App and Kyro Studio contain no analytics, advertising or tracking tools and do not use the phone's advertising identifier.
(3) The Kyro App for Android, which is in preparation, will use the same categories of local storage, through the equivalent mechanisms of the Android operating system.
Article 5. The KYRO web app (kyro.nicolas-tech.com)
The KYRO web app stores only the information described in the table below:

Article 6. Third-party providers that receive the IP address
(1) The providers listed in the table below receive no cookies from KYRO, but they receive the IP address of the User's device in order to transmit their content:

(2) The service emails sent by KYRO load no fonts, images or other resources from third parties.
(3) KYRO does not process Clients' card payments. Consequently, the Kyro App, Kyro Studio and the Website load no payment services.
Article 7. Amendment of this policy
(1) Before introducing any analytics tool, advertising tool or other element that is not strictly necessary, KYRO is required to obtain the User's prior consent. On the Website and in the KYRO web app, consent will be requested through a banner that meets all of the following conditions:
- a) the "Accept" and "Refuse" options are displayed with equal prominence;
- b) a separate option is offered for each purpose;
- c) no option is pre-ticked;
- d) the User may change the choice made at any time.
(2) In the Kyro App and in Kyro Studio, the User's consent will be requested before any analytics tool is activated.
(3) Until such an amendment, KYRO loads no element of the kind referred to in paragraph (1). This policy will be updated before any amendment takes effect.
