For clients
The rules of the Kyro app, its reviews and its search.
- Terms and conditions for clients The terms and conditions governing the use of the Kyro App: the role of KYRO and of the Salon, the Account, Bookings, cancellation, payment at the Salon, Subscription Plans, Loyalty Programmes, Reviews, reporting, blocking, moderation and complaints.
- Rules on reviews The conditions for publishing Reviews on the KYRO Platform, how their origin is verified, prohibited content, the reporting and moderation procedure and the method for calculating a Salon's average rating.
- Salon ranking criteria The main parameters by which KYRO orders Salons on the map, in lists and in search results, their relative importance and the factors that do not affect the order. There is no paid placement.
For salons
The Kyro Studio terms and the data processing agreement.
- Terms and conditions for salons (Kyro Studio) The contract between KYRO and the salons that use Kyro Studio: subject matter, obligations of the parties, fees, content, reviews, ranking, access to data, restriction, suspension and termination, complaints and changes to the terms.
- Personal data processing agreement The agreement between the Salon, as controller, and KYRO, as processor, concerning the personal data of Clients and Team Members processed in Kyro Studio, pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Privacy and company
What data we process, who we are and how to reach us.
- Privacy policy Information provided to data subjects under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the personal data processed by KYRO through the Kyro App, Kyro Studio, the KYRO web app and the Website: categories of data, purposes, legal bases, retention periods, recipients, transfers and the rights of data subjects.
- Cookies and local storage policy The information stored on the User's device by the Website, the Kyro App, Kyro Studio and the KYRO web app, the basis for that storage and the third-party providers that receive the IP address. Strictly necessary storage only, no analytics and no advertising.
- Points of contact and reporting of content (DSA) KYRO's single points of contact and the procedures for reporting illegal content, giving statements of reasons and notifying criminal offences, under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services.
- Legal notice The identification details of the operator of KYRO, the supervisory authorities, the handling of complaints and disputes, intellectual property and the list of the Platform's legal documents.
