Questions and answers
All questionsHow much does Kyro cost?
For clients, nothing. The app is free and has no ads. You pay the salon directly for its services, at the prices shown in the app.
When can I download the app?
Kyro is coming soon to the App Store, for iPhone. The Android version is on its way.
How do I cancel an appointment?
In the Bookings tab, open the visit and choose “Anulează” (cancel). Cancelling is free until the salon’s deadline, usually 24 hours before. You see the deadline before you book.
How are salons ordered?
By distance, by how well they match what you’re looking for and by rating. Nobody pays for a higher place. Details in How we order salons.
Does money go through Kyro?
No. Clients pay at the salon, and in Kyro Studio the salon just records the payment, for its records and reports.
